Jayde is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a deep passion for sport, movement, and empowering people to live pain-free, active lives. Holding a Master of Physiotherapy and a background in Health Science, Jayde brings a wealth of experience and advanced training—including APPI Pilates, Dry Needling, Functional Cupping Therapy, and Expert Sports Massage.

With experience working alongside elite athletes, including as a Physiotherapist for the GWS Giants, Jayde applies a high-performance mindset to every individual he treats. He believes in making rehabilitation fun, challenging, and tailored—treating every client like an athlete in their own right. Whether it’s returning to sport or simply moving with confidence, Jayde takes pride in helping people understand their bodies and achieve their goals.

Outside the clinic, Jayde finds balance through surfing, skiing, meditation, and time outdoors. A former first-grade Rugby Union player, he also enjoys golf, AFL, and endurance running.

With a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology, Adam is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals—whether they’re managing a condition, recovering from injury, or striving for peak performance. He thrives on building strong connections, tailoring evidence-based programs that reflect each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Adam stays up to date with the latest research to ensure his clients receive the most effective and personalised care. He finds great satisfaction in motivating people and celebrating their progress—no matter how big or small the milestone.

He has a special interest in helping individuals return to full function — whether that’s recovering from injury, improving performance, or simply moving with more confidence. Lachlan takes pride in delivering personalised care that balances hands-on treatment with tailored exercise strategies.

Dario obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from UNSW, and brings over 6 years of experience delivering tailored rehab programs across workers compensation, CTP, DVA, and NDIS care. He specialises in acute sports rehabilitation, with a particular focus on return-to-running and return-to-sport protocols, helping clients safely and effectively get back to doing what they love. His clinical interests include return-to-sport rehab — especially for soccer, AFL, and rugby — as well as the medicinal benefits of exercise in managing neurological conditions like MS and Parkinson’s, and in promoting falls prevention for older adults. He also has hands-on experience in strength and conditioning, having worked with the Randwick Rugby Union team.

Dario’s approach to care is grounded in the BioPsychoSocial model, recognising that true rehabilitation involves addressing the mind, body, and spirit to support lasting results. Outside of the clinic, Dario enjoys pub trivia nights, supporting the West Tigers at Leichhardt Oval, thrift shopping around Newtown, and swimming laps at the Dawn Fraser Baths. Dario has been a valued part of the E.S. team for several years — bringing knowledge, empathy, and energy to every client he works with.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Human Function and Structure) and a Master of Physiotherapy from UTS. With a strong background in strength and conditioning, and experience working with semi-professional football clubs and AFL teams, Josh brings a performance-driven, evidence-based approach to rehab and injury prevention.

His clinical interests include individualised rehabilitation, elite sports performance, and chronic pain management. Whether you’re navigating a return to sport or aiming to feel stronger and more resilient in daily life, Josh believes in empowering people through movement — because motion is lotion: movement is safe.

Josh is especially passionate about soccer, rugby, and a bit of F1 on the side — and he walks the talk, staying active himself through soccer and regular gym training.

With experience as an AFL sports trainer and emergency care surf lifesaver, she brings a well-rounded perspective to rehabilitation—combining clinical expertise with real-world athletic insight. Her areas of interest include paediatrics, emergency care, and sport-related injury prevention, particularly in AFL, rugby, netball, swimming, surfing, and golf.

Chloe’s treatment philosophy is grounded in the belief that “Exercise is Medicine,” using movement-based strategies to help clients move well and feel their best. She maintains an active lifestyle with a background in surf life saving, swimming, golf, netball, and dance. These days, she enjoys open water swimming, resistance training, surfing, and dancing.

Outside of work, Chloe loves cooking, painting, reading, and soaking up sunrises and sunsets by the beach with friends.

As a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor, she integrates Pilates into her treatment plans to enhance strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Her philosophy is simple: “Health is not just the absence of pain, but the presence of movement and freedom.”

Her lifelong ballet journey—and the injuries that came with it—sparked a passion for preventative care and the power of exercise for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Arisa’s clinical interests include injury prevention, mental health through movement, and supporting clients across all stages of their health journey. She believes in treating the body as a whole, helping people not just recover, but thrive.

Outside the clinic, she’s embracing a New Year’s resolution to try as many new sports as possible—so far tackling rock climbing, tennis, soccer, reformer Pilates, and more. When she’s not moving, she’s exploring Sydney’s food scene in search of her next favourite spot.

Jason is a Physiotherapist and Exercise Specialist with over 21 years of experience helping individuals—from elite athletes to everyday movers—achieve their health, performance, and rehabilitation goals. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement from Charles Sturt University and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Jason blends deep clinical knowledge with a passion for human performance. He has worked across a wide spectrum of clients, tailoring programs for post-surgical rehab, chronic conditions, and elite-level competition.

Jason’s own background as a national-level road cyclist and his love for mountaineering, rock climbing, and Olympic weightlifting give him a unique understanding of the physical and mental demands of high performance. He’s summited Mt Fuji, Mt Cook, and Haleakalā, and continues to chase new challenges outdoors.

He’s passionate about restoring mobility, freeing the body from restriction, and helping clients understand their movement patterns to achieve long-term, pain-free function.
His favourite exercises include the Turkish Get-Up and anything endurance-based—especially when followed by a good burger.
